
Conner Chew
he/him/his

Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii, Conner Chew started his formal dance training at Mid-Pacific Institute School of the Arts (MPSA) and Ballet Hawaii. Conner is currently training at The Juilliard School under the direction of Alicia Graf Mack. While at Juilliard, he has performed world premieres by Bryan Arias, Nelly Van Bommel, Andrea Miller, and Matthew Neenan, and masterworks by José Limón, Donald McKayle, and Martha Graham. Conner made his Off-Broadway debut at The Shed, performing Dragon Spring Phoenix Rise, choreographed by Akram Khan. Conner has also attended intensives where he learned repertory by Ohad Naharin, Crystal Pite, Sharon Eyal, Mats Ek, and George Balanchine. Conner has had his works presented at Juilliard’s Choreographers and Composers and Choreographic Honors programs.
