Kaine Ward

Originally from the United Kingdom, Kaine Ward trained at Tring Park School for the Performing Arts before attending The Juilliard School. At Juilliard, Kaine has been fortunate to perform new works by Bryan Arias, Nelly Van Bommel, Andrea Miller and repertoire from other notable choreographers such as Martha Graham and José Limón. Kaine made his professional debut at the age of eleven, portraying the title role of Billy Elliot in Billy Elliot the Musical at London’s Victoria Palace Theatre. During his training, he danced multiple seasons with the National Youth Ballet of Great Britain at Sadler’s Wells Theatre. He worked with choreographers, including Drew McOnie, Arielle Smith, and Antony Dowson. In 2017, Kaine joined the cast of Holly Blakey’s Some Greater Class tour performing at The Southbank Center, London, and Latitude Music Festival’s Waterfront Stage. In 2019, Kaine attended Springboard Dance Montreal, where he worked closely with Kate Hilliard and Shannon Gillen (Vim Vigor Dance Company). He has also presented his work in Juilliard’s Choreographers and Composers program and the Choreographic Honors performances.
